SAP Enable Now & WalkMe Digital Adoption in Somalia
SAP is changing its approach to digital adoption by using WalkMe instead of SAP Enable Now for all in-application support and guidance needs. Although all existing Enable Now licenses will be valid through 2030, any new customers or clients will use only WalkMe for in-application support and guidance. WalkMe will be able to provide real-time AI-driven help and guidance within applications. In Somalia, for example, AI-enabled SAP applications and tools are already functioning to increase operational performance and efficiency within banking, retail, and energy sectors.
