Six cylinder mechanical injection pumps built with bigger elements for OM603 and OM606 super-turbo builds.
Choose from the following:
6 mm Bosch elements for mild builds with internal ALDA (not tunable, 300 hp max)
6 mm Bosch elements for mild builds with external ALDA (300 hp max)
7.5 mm Dieselmeken elements with external ALDA (agressive street/daily/off road)
8.0 mm BenzInjection elements with external ALDA (smooth street/daily/off road)
8.0 mm Dieselmeken elements with external ALDA (race/drift)
Your pump will be built in house. First it's disassembled and cleaned ultrasonically. Then reassembled with bigger performance elements. Next, it is mounted on our test bench where it is phased and calibrated. We then test run every pump on an engine before shipping to be sure everything is right. We sometimes can ship within a few days, but it can be a couple weeks depending on our queue.
We include the pump to block gasket. A lift pump will not be included, as you probably already have one on your original pump. If you need one, you can buy one HERE. It is highly recommended to change your fuel filter when installing your injection pump.
You are not required to send us a core pump, as this is an outright sale. But if possible, once you receive your built pump, please send us a core using the provided shipping label, and same packaging. Once we receive your core(s), you'll be refunded the following:
$350 for OM603 and 1995 OM606
$250 for OM602
$300 for OM617 M
$100 for OM606 and OM605 EDC
At checkout, simply note how many CC's of fuel you want your pump set to. Here is a rough guide for the OM606:

If your engine had an EDC pump originally, you'll need a smaller return banjo bolt.
