Loon DDJAY Residential Plotted Colony, Sector 79, Gurgaon

A residential plotted colony is being developed in Sector 79, Gurugram, by Loon Land Development Limited as part of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY). 161 residential plots are available inside the project's roughly 24.74-acre footprint. Because of a changed layout plan, the registration certificate for this project was issued by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) and replaced the previous one. DDJAY's goals of promoting affordable housing in metropolitan locations are in line with the development's goal of offering inexpensive housing options in a well-planned community.
