Delhi HC Denies Protection to Harshita Brella’s Husband
A Delhi court has denied interim protection from arrest to Pankaj Lamba, the husband of Harshita Brella, who was found dead in the UK. Lamba had sought relief citing fears of arrest after being named as an accused in the murder case. The court adjourned the matter to July 15 for further hearing.
