Terms and Conditions
Base category rooms will be provided at all resorts.
Upgrading a room will cost extra, and the client will be pay directly to the hotel.
Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Please ensure that the correct age of the passengers is entered at the time of booking. Passengers who provide an incorrect age may be penalised at the time of travel.
If the rooms in the mentioned hotel are not available, we will provide a similar class hotel.
If there are three people, one room with one additional mattress will be provided.
Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc. will be communicated to you by email or phone before your trip.
The company will not be held liable for any accident, loss, theft, or damage to luggage.
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari as operational or other conditions require.
Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Safari Dhikala Forest Lodge amounts are non-refundable.
Refunds are strictly subject to the cancellation policies of the individual hotels.
